Join Chilterns-based author Liv Bolton of the Outdoors Fix, for a guided walk and talk along the Chess Valley near Chesham. Liv will share tips on how to make the outdoors a bigger part of your life, including some inspiring stories of people featured in her new book The Outdoors Fix , who’ve done just that. The walk will take place as part of the River Chess Discovery Day, setting off from Chesham Moor near Chesham, for a gentle walk along the River Chess (one of the Chilterns precious chalk streams). We will stop regularly to enjoy the sights and signs of nature all around and enjoy hearing snippets of the Outdoors Fix from Liv. We’ll return to Chesham Moor where you can enjoy the many activities taking place as part of the River Chess Discovery Day, and a well-earned ice-cream or cuppa for those that want!
