This 5k sensory walk will give you a chance to not only enjoy the beautiful vistas of the Chilterns, but also bathe in some of the other sensory splendours that this time of year has to offer.

Starting at the regular haunt of renown war poet Rupert Brooke, The Pink and Lily pub, we will step into the sense-scape. We will Pause regularly to appreciate the seasonal sounds scents and sensations, with poets on hand for a few pointers. We will finish back at the Pink and Lily where those who wish, can pause for further reflection and refreshment.

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the weather forecast, bring something to drink and any snack you may need to sustain yourself. Pub toilets are available at the start and end of the walk. No refreshments are included in the price but a lunch menu is available at the pub (see https://pink-lily.com/)

Gentle terrain, a few kissing gates, narrow in places with some over hanging foliage and tree roots. One short steep ascent. Not suitable for mobility scooters, wheelchairs or buggies.

Meet in the Pink and Lily pub carpark (Pink Road, Princes Risborough) from 09:30 with the aim to start the walk at 10:00. Parking will be limited so please lift share where possible.
