New volunteering opportunities on the River Chess - citizen science and practical conservation!

Wednesday 16 March 2022

Would you like to help assess the current state of the River Chess, learn more about the river or help with practical conservation? Do you have pressing questions about the health of the River Chess that you would like to see answered?

The Chilterns Chalk Streams project is looking for volunteers to help with citizen science activities, monitoring the health of this precious Chilterns chalk stream as part of the River Chess Smarter Water Catchment Initiative.

If so please contact us at chessCS@chilternsaonb.org to discuss how you can get involved. We have lots of activities planned for 2022. No previous experience neccessary - just enthusiasm!
