After attending an introductory Cheese course at the Artisan School of Food in Nottinghamshire in June 2015, owner Lynda Hill was introduced to the handcrafted production of ‘real’ cheese, and was determined that Buckinghamshire would have an artisan cheesemaker to call its own! I am passionate about keeping things local and the provenance of high-quality produce. The business produces a range of 6 main cheeses including: Golden Brie, Cygnet, Regatta and Bucks Blue. Lynda takes pride in their production and quality; she can be found at various Farmers Markets, Shows and Events, please feel free to come over for a chat and nibble.
