From a south-facing hillside in the tranquil Radnage Valley Daws Hill produces 8,000 – 10,000 bottles a year, mostly of sparkling white wine. We are proud to grow and produce everything onsite. From hand pruning and tending to each individual vine throughout the summer to hand picking the grapes. Small batch fermenting and bottling to hand labelling. Each bottle is lovingly cared for, aged for a minimum of 4 years in our converted stables. We take our time to make sure each vintage is released the best it can be.The vineyard was established in 2004 and produced its first wine in 2007. Tours of the vineyard and winery are available – they must be booked in advance. Tours last 2-3 hours and include a tasting of all available products and a light snack. Minimum of 5 people and maximum of 20, the cost is £10 per head.
