There are several Health Walks programmes in the Chilterns AONB designed to improve your health. These are short walks all led by trained walk leaders to help get you started, and encourage you to walk at your own pace; they are ideal for beginners or those who can’t walk far. The walks are free, there is no need to book, just turn up on time and you’ll be welcome. Walks help to relieve stress, to lose or control weight and to strengthen muscles and bones.
