Chilterns Summer Festival

June 13-21 2020

Join us in 2020 for a family-friendly week of celebrating the Chilterns, its heritage and landscape. Enjoy delicious local cuisine, watch and take part in traditional arts demonstrations and workshops, learn about the history and landscape of the beautiful Chilterns, and keep the kids happy with plenty of face-painting stations, activities, story-times and traditional games!

Preliminary dates and locations

June 13= Themed railway journeys on the Chinnor and PR railway, and a mini food festival at Chinnor station

We are currently looking for food providers who are able to offer tasters/ activities as well as part of this event, as well as local community groups and businesses in Chinnor and Princes Risborough who would be interested in running an event or activity on this day.

This event will be the headline event of the Chilterns Summer Festival in 2020 and will include food stalls, traditional games, arts and crafts stalls, showcases by local crafts people and much more. We hope that this event will be a fun and educational day out for families and local residents, where they can discover all that the Chilterns has to offer.
