Want to try something new and get your family involved?

Our Bobbin Lacemaking taster day is the perfect opportunity for craft and history enthusiasts of all ages to try their hand at the beautiful craft of lacemaking.

You'll learn about the history of this craft and it's connection to villages across the Chilterns, and the women who lived and worked here. You will also receive guidance from our experienced lacemakers - Rosemary and Alex- who are working hard to revive this traditional craft and share their skills.

All materials are provided, as are refreshments.

Two sessions are available, so please book the time slot you would like!

 

Ticket costs are £10 for adults, free for children
