The annual event is a day to remember babies and children who have died and children who are bereaved each year. People will be able to plant a snowdrop in memory of someone special and wander the grounds, taking in the beautiful views.
Individual snowdrops will be available to purchase on the day and a Book of Remembrance donated by a bereaved family will be available to sign.
To keep youngsters amused there will be an exciting nature trail and for all the family there are activities and refreshments available throughout the day in the village hall.
Child Bereavement UK supports families when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying or when a child is facing bereavement.
The charity also trains professionals such as teachers and nurses, helping them better understand and meet the needs of grieving families.
Emma Riley, Senior Events Fundraiser at Child Bereavement UK, said: “Our annual Snowdrop Walk is a very special event for the many people who attend. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery while also helping Child Bereavement UK to support bereaved families to rebuild their lives.”
