Phil Williams has been a member of Three Rivers District Council since 2017 and is currently the council’s Executive Member for Environmental Services, Sustainability and the Climate Emergency. He is also a member of Hertfordshire County Council.
Phil lives in Chorleywood and has run a Hertfordshire based small business for many years.
