Ridgeway Link
Description
A 7.5 mile linear route that links two major landmarks in the Chilterns: the Chilterns Gateway Centre at Dunstable Downs and Ivinghoe Beacon where the Ridgeway National Trail starts/finishes.
The route follows the ancient Icknield Way and passes through rolling chalk hills and woodland, enjoying some of the finest scenery in the Chilterns. It goes past some attractions such as Whipsnade Zoo and Whipsnade Tree Cathedral and also includes pretty villages with pubs which make good refreshment stops.
