The Executive Committee is composed of 9 members of the Board, one of whom is the Chairman, plus up to four persons who are not members. The Committee has a number of functions, including:
Monitoring and reviewing the implementation of the Board’s policies and strategies.
Regulating and controlling the Board’s finances.
Administering the Board’s personnel matters.
