Hodgemoor Woods lies between Amersham, Chalfont St.Gilesand Seer Green and forms one of the largest tracts of semi-natural woodland in Bucks, with part of the woodland dating back to the13th and 14th centuries. Due to its age and varied soil Hodgemoor is an excellent place for wildlife. In springtime the woods are covered in bluebells. There are numerous paths through Hodgemoor Woods, including two easy-going promoted routes, see below.
There are two easy-access promoted walking routes through Hodgemoor Woods, a 700 metre way-marked easy-access route (may be suitable for all-terrain pushchairs/buggies) and a 1.2 mile Coppice Trail. Click here to download the map.
